Students gain familiarity with the conventions of written and spoken discourse in French with regard to form, function, purpose and target audience.
- Reading Comprehension: Understanding authentic texts of various types.
- Listening Comprehension: Comprehending, analysing and evaluating various types of popular and specialized texts.
- Formation of French texts from different thematic areas. Mastering various registers. Special stylistic features of the language.
- Electronic corpus as a useful collection for written and/or spoken texts created as a basis for language work.
