The interpretation of literary terms and their concretization with poetics of selected authors: decadence (Župančič, Cankar, Gradnik), impressionism (Murn, Kette, Župančič, Kosovel), symbolism (Kette, Župančič), futurism (Podbevšek), expressionism (Kosovel, Jarc, A. Vodnik, Bevk, Gradnik, Seliškar, Vodušek, Balantič), constructivistic variant of avant-garde (Kosovel), social realism (Seliškar, Klopčič, Gruden), new reality (Vodušek, Kocbek, Hribovšek, Torkar) and wartime poetry (Župančič, Udovič, Minatti, Kocbek). Overlooked works of women poet: V. Jeraj, K. Šuler, L. Poljanšek, F. Trojanšek, V. Albrecht, A. Černej, A. Gale, L. Šorli, V. Taufer and L. Novy.
